A man, gone mute after a build up of troubles in his life. He only recently went mute, just before the second experiment, no chance getting information from him, unless you drug him up. You're better off finding information here, or finding me if you need more.
He lived in a family of 4, consisting of an older sister, and two younger siblings (twins, one girl one boy). Their parents died (FAMILY thanks them for their service and contribution towards the Killjoy experiments.) when Percy was only 15, he had to give up his dreams of being an artist in order to help provide for the remaining family alongside his older sister.
Percy liked drawing digitally, often trying to find side jobs in that department. He also hated/still hates loud noises, it began after his father's death. He gets easily overwhelmed, and seems to struggle to express his feelings outside of bad habits. Like mother like son, I guess.
